Navin Ajodhya (aka Chef Nav) and his wife, Rebecca, came from corporate backgrounds in finance and IT before successfully launching their first business.
In 2015 Trucking Delicious was born. A food truck concept featuring scratch-made foods and flavors from around the world.
The entrepreneurial couple went on to purchase a bakery on Mount Vernon's High St. in 2019, officially launching Half Baked under Ajodhya Dining Concepts.

In 2020, Ajodhya Dining Concepts expanded into the space next to the bakery and introduced Cindy's Pierogis and Georgetown BBQ to our community.
Present-day: Yellowbird Foodshed and Adjodhya Dining Concepts have conspired to bring their delicious brands to the Columbus Metro area.
We hope this is just the next step in Rebecca and Navin's inspiring journey!
