Before the days of commercial sodas, ginger beers were made at home with tons of ginger. That sounded right to us—all we needed was a classic recipe. After years of searching, we discovered that the Jamaican tradition held the secret to making a downright delicious ginger beer. ​ It’s a simple formula that uses all-natural ingredients you might have in your own fridge: ​ fresh ginger root, sparkling water, pineapple juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, cane sugar, spices.
Over the last thirty years, we’ve perfected our process and the result is a thrill from the first sip. It starts with the aroma of sandalwood from the ginger skin that lets you know it’s real ginger. ​ Then, when you take a sip, you’re rewarded with an invigorating bite followed by an elegant, smooth finish (that’s the Jamaican trick). Finally, after a few seconds, the warming effect of ginger spreads from the back of the throat to your chest, delivering an absolute sense of satisfaction and well-being.
