Stutzman Farms is a family-owned-and-operated mill in Holmes County, OH, that specializes in organic grains and cereals of the finest quality, using time-honored processing methods to provide superior, nutrient-dense raw and cooked ingredients and baked goods to you and your family.

Whole grain oats make incredibly nutritious and beneficial oat flour. Not only are oats an excellent source of dietary fiber, but they also reduce serum cholesterol levels in the body. Oats are higher in protein and healthy fats and lower in carbohydrates than most other whole grains.

Stutzman Farms

Stutzman Farms is the family owned farm in Fryburg, just south of Mount Hope that supplies us with Certified Organic granolas, flours, and other grain products. 
Stutzman Farms focuses on local and organic farming, as well as the on-site mill. For 35 years they have supplied milled organic grain products.
"We offer sprouted grain to aid digestion," says Monroe Stutzman, 2nd generation owner/operator of the farm and mill. "We have many customers who follow a gluten-free diet and use our sprouted rolled oats and spelt flour. We do not bleach our flours or oats, and we do not use bromate or preservatives. If it is unhealthy, we don't carry it!"
