Arugula microgreens are full of flavor, rich in vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, and essential amino acids. Arugula Micros contain up to 25% protein! 
The Mizuna and Mustard Greens both have a bold mustard flavor with a mild spice. 

Excellent mix for adding to sandwiches or wraps to give it a little kick with a lot of nutrition. Great addition to soups and salads!

Matt Yoder's passion for growing things, once a simple childhood joy, has become a thriving business. Fueled by his life-long passion to grow plants and experiment, Matt spent hours doing research, investing in formal training, and working with the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center (OARDC) and the Ohio State University Extension Service to become a grower of Gourmet Hydroponic Lettuce.

His lettuce would be grown without chemicals and would be non-GMO. Add to the equation a greenhouse without the benefit of electricity piped in, because Matt is Amish.

The hydroponics system was built using five natural springs that flow on Matt's land.
